The competition is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years or over except employees of Flicker Leap and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

Closing date for entry will be 31 October 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

You will receive an email from [email protected] confirming your entry. If you do not receive this email then it is likely that we did not receive your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Please contact us if you are unsure if your entry has been received.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

All entrants need to complete the competition survey and submit their answers to be eligible for the prize.

One entry per person (per unique email address) is valid. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Multiple entries from a particular organisation is acceptable.

We are only giving away one prize.

The prize is a one-page website mock-up and a basic mobile-responsive WordPress website (max 15 pages) for your business. The prize includes a maximum of 1 year of Flicker Leap’s Hosting and Security Package. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to time availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize is a mobile-responsive website to the value of R25 000 (excluding VAT) and one years’s worth of Flicker Leap’s Hosting and Security Package to the value of R2 616 (excluding VAT).

Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing [email protected].

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

We will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to design your website once we have received all copy, images, videos, logos, business rules and required access details.

You will need to supply all copy, images, videos, logos, business rules and required access details before we commence the project.

Yes, a one-year hosting and security package to the value of R2616 (excluding VAT) is included in the prize. After the website has been live for one year, hosting and security will be charged at R218 per month (excluding VAT).

The one-year hosting and security package includes:

• Search engine optimisation (SEO) capability
• Stable global content delivery network (CDN)
• State-of-the-art hosting and infrastructure
• SSL certificate (https://)
• Up-to-date security and website monitoring
• Domain registration and management (domains dependant on availability)
• No traffic and bandwidth limits (within our fair usage policy – available on request)

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Any additional elements or changes to the website will be charged for.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Flicker Leap shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
